Fall Wedding in Pennsylvania at the Workhorse Brewing Company
Christina and Greg had the most beautiful Fall wedding and let me tell you… this group KNOWS how to party.
Getting Ready & First Look
Of course, we started off the morning with Christina and Greg getting ready. It’s during this time that I really like to capture detail shots before the hustle & bustle of a wedding day. With that being said, I always recommend to have all of your details and important momentos locked and loaded for when I get there. That way we’re able to capture those beautiful wedding day details stress free! One of my favorite part of the getting ready process in the morning is the bridal party photos. You know the ones I’m talking about… everyone in matching robes or pajamas? Yeah, those! I love how fun and lighthearted they are and also the different ways that you can do them. Christina and her bridal party chose to drink & cheers champagne but you can also opt for balloons, confetti, streamers or really anything! I mean come on… it’s a wedding. Time to celebrate, right?
After everyone was done getting ready, it was time for the first look. A first look gives you and your partner the perfect opportunity to stray away from those wedding day jitters and have a more intimate moment between you two. As crazy busy a wedding day can be, having some alone time on such a special day can be so important and special. The anticipation was building as Greg waited for Christina to tap him on his shoulder, but it was well worth it. The reaction from both Christina and Greg was emotional, beautiful, touching and everything in between. Also, can we have a shoutout for Christina and how absolutely stunning she looked in her dress? It fit her like a glove and flowed so elegantly, it was the perfect dress for her.
While we were at this gorgeous barnyard location, we took the opportunity to take their bridal portraits and let me tell you… they took my breath away. C+G were natural models in front of the camera and I was definitely giving off those “ooo” and “ahh” moments… A LOT! They even brought their incredibly adorable pup, Milo, along for the ride which honestly, I am not opposed to.

Christina and Greg got married at the Workhorse Brewing Company in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. While they are known for top quality beer, they have also created a space for events, weddings, etc that is focused in making connections and having a good time while doin g it. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Christina and Greg said their “I do’s” and the fiancés turned into newlyweds. This has to be one of my favorite parts about photographing weddings is seeing not only the couples reactions, but their guests as well *grabs tissue*.
It was then time for the reception! So remember what I said earlier about these guests knowing how to have a good time? Well they did not disappoint. Since we were at a brewery, the drinks and food were absolutely divine and everyone was having such a fun time together. The dance floor then opened up and that’s when everyone’s true personality and dance skills shined through! I love having groups that aim to have a fun time at their wedding and aren’t afraid to be themselves, despite it being a celebration. I am all for a good party, so you definitely will see me blending in by breaking out some of my own very fine dance skills.
How to do a Grand Exit?
Towards the end of the night, you may choose to do a grand exit. What is a grand exit you may ask? Similar to a grand entrance, you are essentially leaving with a BANG. For their grand exit, Christina and Greg chose to have sparklers which turned out beautifully. It’s a way to be surrounded by friends/family and to send off the newlyweds to continue on their adventure together. While you may choose to do sparklers for your grand exit, that isn’t the only option! Some alternatives are:

Bio-degradable Confetti (we have to be kind to mother Earth)

Whatever you may choose just know that at the end of the day, your wedding day is all about you! So make the most of it, enjoy the little moments and just have fun!
