Winter Wedding at The Loch Aerie Mansion
You know if you ask me there is no better way to start of 2022, than with Nicole and Dillan for their gorgeous winter wedding at The Loch Aerie Mansion.
Their Love Story
Nicole and Dillan met 10 years ago and have been dating for about 9 of them! They met back when they were both attending University and have been inseparable ever since. They share a love for fixing & redesigning homes and share an adorable pup, Remi. Since their engagement back in 2020 at Longwood Gardens, these two have been waiting for the day for them to say their “I do’s”. Once the clock hit and 2022 was finally upon on us, the day that they have been waiting for finally arrived.
Getting Ready & First Looks
We started off the day with Nicole getting ready in the Bridal Suite of The Loch Aerie Mansion. This victorian style mansion located in Chester County, Pennsylvania is the perfect PA wedding venue that will make any heart swoon. Filled with so much beauty, decor and architecture, this beautifully restored home is the perfect wedding venue to make all of your wedding dreams come true. The bridal suite has so much space for any and all of your bridal party to get ready, which I absolutely love. After slipping on her wedding dress and doing her final touches, Nicole was finally ready for her first looks. She actually decided to have a first look with her dad AND Dillan, which I loved. While first looks may not be for everyone, it’s the perfect opportunity to have some alone time on your wedding day. You’re able to have much more intimate moments and privacy that you may not get when you choose to not have one. If you’re debating on whether or not you should keep a first look in the agenda, feel free to ask the advice of your wedding photographer!
Portraits
Now I don’t mean to rave here, but Nicole and Dillan looked like absolute models. Not only that, but the gorgeous decor of The Loch Aerie Mansion complimented them so well I could hardly believe it. The beauty of this venue is that it can do a lot of the talking! The interior is filled with grand fireplaces, and a gorgeous black grand staircase and entrance that is sure to make an impression. I absolutely love being able to use this space and be creative because it really is unlike any venue I have ever been to!
Winter Wedding at The Loch Aerie Mansion
After portraits, it was time for the ceremony! Filled with so many florals, the ceremony space looked absolutely breathtaking. Just as beautiful, the ceremony was everything we could have hoped for and was an absolute dream. Nicole and Dillan exchanged vows in front of their closest family & friends and were then officially newlyweds.
Once the ceremony was over, we then moved into the reception where the night was filled with laughter, good food and a WHOLE LOTTA DANCING! I am always up for a good dance party, so you best believe you will see me busting a move or two with all of your wedding guests (sorry, it’s a given!). Nicole and Dillan had the most amazing wedding and I feel so honored to have been there to capture it as my first wedding of 2022. Cheers to Nicole + Dillan!!
